Nikolas Kotucek gave up the fewest walks he has since back in April on Wednesday. He was dynamite, striking out six batters over 2.1 innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and only one walk). He is becoming a predictor of Derby's success: when he allows at most one earned run the team is 4-1 (and 3-12 when he doesn't).
