Volleyball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Jada Nordhagen and Blake Coors Lead Resurrection Christian to Victory

Resurrection Christian proved they can win big on Friday (they won by three) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They skirted past the Rock Canyon Jaguars 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Cougars have posted since October 7th.

Resurrection Christian was led to victory by Blake Coors and Jada Nordhagen. Coors had 14 digs and two aces, while Nordhagen had 15 digs. Those 15 digs gave Nordhagen a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Amanda Pardue, who had nine digs and two aces.

The win (which was Resurrection Christian's third in a row) raised their record to 20-1. As for Rock Canyon, with the defeat, they broke their three-match winning streak and moved their record to 18-3.

Resurrection Christian wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Ralston Valley on the 1st. As for Rock Canyon, they have also already played their next match, a 3-2 win against Legend on the 1st.
