Soccer Recap: Triangle Math & Science Comes Up Short

Triangle Math & Science managed to keep up with Research Triangle until halftime on Monday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Tigers lost 3-0 to the Raptors. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Research Triangle this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 1-0 back in September.

This is the second loss in a row for Triangle Math & Science and nudges their season record down to 10-9. As for Research Triangle, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-5-3.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Triangle Math & Science will face off against rival Voyager Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Research Triangle is set to square off against their familiar foe East Wake Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
