Pe Ell extended their winning streak to 12 games thanks to a huge performance from Karli Phelps. The Trojans came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against the Willapa Valley Vikings thanks in part to Phelps, who had 12 digs, three aces, and one block. She has been hot recently, having also posted 12 or more assists the last four times she's played.

Pe Ell took Willapa Valley into a fifth set where they got it done with a seven-point win. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-14, 14-25, 17-25, 15-8.

Several Vikings players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Jillian Hodel, who had seven aces and three digs. The team also got some help courtesy of Paislee Hurley, who had ten kills and three blocks.

Pe Ell's win bumped their record up to 14-3. As for Willapa Valley, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-4.

Pe Ell has already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Firm Foundation Christian on the 22nd. As for Willapa Valley, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Mary M. Knight on the 21st.
