They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Lincoln Trojans, sneaking past 8-6. The game was the first time the Lions have beaten the Trojans on their field since April 9, 2019.

Trinity Williams was a standout: she went 3-for-4 with two runs, one double, and one RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Ashonti Alexander, who went 2-for-4 with two runs, two RBI, and one double.
