Soccer Recap: Sequoia Comes Up Short

Sequoia was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the Carlmont Scots. The match was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but the Ravens couldn't quite close it out.

Sequoia's defeat dropped their record down to 3-14. As for Carlmont, they have been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 12 games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-7 record this season.

As of now, neither Sequoia nor Carlmont have any future games scheduled.
