Faith Baptist School triumphant thanks to a strong effort from Brenna Binkley

Recap: Faith Baptist School Falcons vs. Chestertown Christian Academy Patriots
The Faith Baptist School Falcons waltzed into their match on Friday with two straight wins but they left with three. They came out on top against Chestertown Christian Academy by a score of 33-22. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Faith Baptist School also won the last time the pair played back in February of 2023.
Among those leading the charge was Brenna Binkley, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and ten steals. Binkley is absolutely dominating the steal category: she's posted at least two every time she's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Hailey Conway, who scored ten points along with eight rebounds.
Faith Baptist School's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Chestertown Christian Academy, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-3.
Faith Baptist School will head out on the road to challenge Bayview Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Bayview Christian focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 23 back in December of 2023. Chestertown Christian Academy will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Holly Grove Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
