Basketball Game Preview: Jay Bulldogs vs. Inola Longhorns

The Jay Bulldogs will venture away from home to square off against the Inola Longhorns at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Jay will be strutting in after a win while Inola will be coming in after a defeat.

Having struggled with 14 losses in a row dating back to last season, Jay turned things around against Haskell on Saturday. They blew past the Haymakers 66-40. The Bulldogs' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Meanwhile, Inola came up short against Holland Hall on Saturday and fell 66-54.

Jay's victory ended a five-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 1-4. As for Inola, they now have a losing record at 1-2.

Jay was dealt a bruising 73-43 defeat at the hands of Inola when the teams last played back in February. Can Jay avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
