Volleyball Recap: Phillips Takes a Loss

The Phillips Wildcats came up short against the Corliss Trojans on Wednesday and fell 2-0.

Phillips was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Corliss work for it, especially in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 26-24.

Phillips' defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Corliss, the victory also got them back to even at 2-2.

Coming up, Phillips will be playing in front of their home fans against Harlan at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Corliss, they will square off against Air Force Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
