Bayfield's game on Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They were the clear victors by a 65-42 margin over the South Shore Cardinals. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Trollers also won the last time the pair played back in February.

Bayfield's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Jaxin Bresette led the charge by shooting 60% from the field en route to 19 points. Kayden Lagrew was another key player, dropping a double-double with ten points and ten boards.

Bayfield pushed their record up to 2-2 with the win, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for South Shore, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-4.
