Independence's leading rusher did his thing again on Friday. Thomas Kpakra did his part (and then some), rushing for 119 yards and a pair of touchdowns for the 'W'. He is becoming a predictor of Independence's success: when he posts at least 100 rushing yards the team is 2-1 (and 0-6 when he doesn't).

Looking ahead, Kpakra and Independence will venture away from home to square off against Greenway at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Kpakra will face off against Corey Guerrero, the Demons' star RB. With so much talent on the field, fans are surely in for an exciting game. The only thing left to see is who brings home the W.
