Football Recap: Rockvale Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Rockvale extended their losing streak (dating back to last season) to five on Friday, dropping them down to 0-2. They were a single point away from ending the streak, but they lost a 32-31 heartbreaker at the hands of the Station Camp Bison. Despite 146 more yards than Station Camp, Rockvale couldn't convert that extra yardage to scores.

Despite the loss, Rockvale still got an impressive performance from Jonathan Hamby, who rushed for 40 yards and a pair of touchdowns, and also threw for 193 yards and one TD. Rockvale also got a significant boost from Anton Reynolds, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 82 yards.

As for Station Camp, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 40.0 points this season.

Among those leading the charge was Eric Ginther, who picked up 131 receiving yards and one score.

Rockvale has already played their next game, a 30-6 victory against LaVergne on the 5th. As for Station Camp, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 35-7 win against White House on the 5th.
