Recap: Parsons Christian Academy Lions vs. Christ's Church Academy Eagles

The Parsons Christian Academy Lions were the 51-42 winner over the Christ's Church Academy Eagles when they last played one another back in January of 2020, but their luck changed this time around. Parsons Christian Academy took a 42-38 hit to the loss column at the hands of Christ's Church Academy. Parsons Christian Academy has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Parsons Christian Academy lost on Monday despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Jacob Gilley, who scored ten points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Gilley has scored all season. Jackson Burdette was another key contributor, scoring nine points.

Jackson Hadden continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Christ's Church Academy, dropping a double-double on 19 points and 12 rebounds. Hadden hasn't dropped below eight rebounds for 15 straight games. Another player making a difference was Jackson Olson, who scored eight points along with eight rebounds.

Parsons Christian Academy has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost six of their last eight games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-9 record this season. As for Christ's Church Academy, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 5-16 record this season.
