Soccer Recap: Meadowbrook Comes Up Short

Meadowbrook was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They lost 8-0 to the Thomas Dale Knights. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Thomas Dale this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 8-0 back in April.

Meadowbrook's record is now 2-10. As for Thomas Dale, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-5 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Meadowbrook will square off against Dinwiddie at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Thomas Dale, they will challenge Mecklenburg County at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
