South Bend Saint Joseph never let their opponents score on Saturday. They blew past the Fort Wayne Bishop Luers Knights 11-0. Considering the Huskies have won 12 contests by more than five runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

Braxton Myers tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only one hit over five innings pitched. He has been consistent: he hasn't given up a single earned run in five consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Owen Futa was a standout: he got on base in all three of his plate appearances with two stolen bases and three runs. A.J. LaSane was another key player, getting on base in all three of his plate appearances with two RBI, one run, and one double.

South Bend Saint Joseph always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .571. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their OBP total in three consecutive games.

South Bend Saint Joseph's victory bumped their record up to 17-3. As for Fort Wayne Bishop Luers, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-9.
