Softball Game Preview: Randolph Ro-Hawks vs. Poteet Aggies

The Randolph Ro-Hawks will face off against the Poteet Aggies at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Monday just wasn't the day for Randolph's offense. They lost 12-0 to Marion on Monday. The defeat continues a trend for the Ro-Hawks in their meetings with the Bulldogs: they've now lost seven in a row.

Meanwhile, after soaring to 16 runs the game before, Poteet was a bit more limited in their match on Friday. They came up short against Jourdanton, falling 18-1.

Poteet has also been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-17 record this season. As for Randolph, their loss dropped their record down to 8-16.
