Volleyball Recap: Fenwick Comes Up Short

Fenwick was the 2-0 winner over Walther Christian Academy when they last played one another back in March of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Friars fell just short of the Broncos by a score of 2-1 on Wednesday. The Friars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

In an exciting match in which no team claimed back-to-back wins, Fenwick sadly wound up on the wrong side. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 17-25, 25-18.

Fenwick's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Walther Christian Academy, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-8.

Fenwick has already played their next game (against Latin), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Walther Christian Academy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Christ the King on the 25th.
