Basketball Recap: Red Oak Takes a Loss

Red Oak was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat dating back to last season. They were beaten by the Creston Panthers 64-36. If the Tigers were looking for revenge after losing 59-49 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Red Oak's loss dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Creston, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 5-7.

Red Oak has already played their next matchup, a 56-19 defeat against Shenandoah on the 14th. As for Creston, they will face off against Lewis Central at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Creston has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 192 points over their last three games.
