There's no place like home for Albany, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Hercules Titans on Wednesday. The Cougars not only won on Wednesday, but they posted their biggest win since October 1st (when they won 3-0).

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Albany took every set by at least ten points. The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-15, 25-11.

Albany's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-16. As for Hercules, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-12 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Albany will square off against El Cerrito at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Hercules, they will challenge De Anza at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
