Emerald Ridge took Puyallup into a fifth set where they got it done with a two-point win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 22-25, 23-25, 25-20, 15-13.
Spanaway Lake's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Emerald Ridge, their victory bumped their record up to 6-3.
