Basketball Recap: MTI School of Knowledge Takes a Loss

MTI School of Knowledge lost against International back in November of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. MTI School of Knowledge took a 52-45 hit to the loss column at the hands of the International Gryphons. MTI School of Knowledge has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Peter Machado had an outrageously good game for International as he dropped a double-double on 16 points and 14 rebounds. Those 16 points gave Machado a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Michael Kreutz, who went 6 of 9 on his way to 14 points and five rebounds.

MTI School of Knowledge's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for International, the victory also got them back to even at 2-2.

MTI School of Knowledge didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 58-42 defeat against Crosspointe Christian Academy on the 13th. As for International, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Herron at 6:00 p.m. on January 9, 2025.
