Ventura Van-Zandt turned in yet another pitching appearance with more than six strikeouts on Tuesday. She struck out ten batters over five innings while giving up three earned (and four unearned) runs off seven hits (and not a single walk). Considering she played a big game the last time she faced off against Washington back in March of 2024, the result shouldn't come as too huge a shock.

Van-Zandt and Lincoln will head out on the road to square off against Galileo at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. The last time Van-Zandt took on the Lions, she struck out 13 batters over five innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off four hits (and only one walk).
