Volleyball Game Preview: Syracuse Rockets vs. Shenandoah Mustangs

The Syracuse Rockets will challenge the Shenandoah Mustangs on Monday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Thursday, Syracuse didn't have quite enough to beat Raymond Central and fell 3-2.

Syracuse couldn't get the win, but they sure gave Raymond Central a tough time in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-18, 28-30, 21-25, 15-7.

Meanwhile, Shenandoah was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They came up short against Red Oak, falling 3-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-9, 25-16.

Syracuse's loss dropped their record down to 9-12. As for Shenandoah, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-12.
