Football Game Preview: Sierra Blanca Vaqueros vs. Sanderson Eagles

For the first time this season, Sierra Blanca will have a chance to prove themselves in a conference matchup. After each having a week off, they and the Sanderson Eagles will shake off the rust and duke it out at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Sierra Blanca comes in still looking for their first win of the season.

Sierra Blanca is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They took a 30-20 hit to the loss column at the hands of Fort Hancock last Friday.

Meanwhile, Sanderson came up short against Marfa last Friday and fell 29-18.

Sierra Blanca's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Sanderson, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3.
