Softball Recap: Ferris Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Ferris and Sanger squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Ferris had to settle for second. They lost 8-0 to the Indians. The shutout was out of character for the Yellowjackets seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in February.

Ferris' loss dropped their record down to 14-13-2. As for Sanger, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 18-7-3.

While Ferris had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled on Saturday.
