Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Pike County). They never let the Geneva Panthers get on the board and left with a 9-0 win on Tuesday. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest victory of the season.

The win made it two in a row for Pike County and bumps their season record up to 6-2. The victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those two games. As for Geneva, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-8.

Looking ahead, Pike County will look to defend their home pitch on Thursday against Bullock County at 5:30 p.m. Geneva does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
