Greater Lowell Tech proved they can win big on Tuesday (they won by three) and on Thursday they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged out the Academy of Notre Dame Lancers 3-2. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-1 back in September.

Greater Lowell Tech had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first two sets, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 22-25, 25-27, 25-7, 25-17, 15-13.

Greater Lowell Tech's record now sits at 11-8. As for Academy of Notre Dame, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-13.

Coming up, Greater Lowell Tech will square off against Dracut at 5:15 p.m. on Friday. Academy of Notre Dame does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
