Monroe is 8-2 against Snohomish since February of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. A feisty cat fight will be fought when the Monroe Bearcats challenge the Snohomish Panthers at 7:15 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Monroe has three straight victories, Snohomish has three straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

On Friday, Monroe was able to grind out a solid win over Marysville Getchell, taking the game 52-39.

Meanwhile, Snohomish suffered their closest defeat since December 6, 2024 on Thursday. They fell just short of Stanwood by a score of 44-41.

Monroe's victory bumped their record up to 11-2. As for Snohomish, their loss dropped their record down to 4-9.

Monroe came out on top in a nail-biter against Snohomish in their previous meeting back in February of 2024, sneaking past 54-52. The rematch might be a little tougher for Monroe since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
