Volleyball Recap: Albuquerque Extends Winning Streak to Five

Albuquerque won the last time they faced Los Lunas and Jade Andrus did her part to make sure it happened again. The Bulldogs had just enough and edged out the Tigers 3-2 for which the team can thank Andrus, who had 14 digs and two aces. She has been hot recently, having posted 14 or more digs the last three times she's played.

The win was the fifth in a row for Albuquerque, bringing their record up to 10-2. As for Los Lunas, the loss snapped their winning streak at five matches and leaves them with a 7-6 record.

Albuquerque wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Centennial on the 30th. As for Los Lunas, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-2 win against Cibola on the 2nd.
