Mercer County posted their closest win since September 10th on Wednesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 victory over the Elmwood Trojans. The win was familiar territory for the Golden Eagles, who have now won three contests in a row.
It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day Mercer County got the one that really mattered. The final score came out to 25-17, 25-27, 25-18.
