Softball Recap: Littlefield Extends Winning Streak to Three

Fans were treated to a battle of the Wildcats on Saturday. Littlefield had just enough and edged out Canadian 9-7. The victory was nothing new for Littlefield as they're now sitting on three straight.

Bryndle Ray was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-2. She also hit a triple, marking her first of the season. Another player making a difference was Natalia Sanchez, who scored two runs and stole two bases.

Littlefield's win bumped their record up to 7-1. As for Canadian, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-3.

Coming up, Littlefield will take on Canyon in a tournament on Saturday. The last four games Canyon has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Canadian, they will head out to square off against Cooper at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
