Softball Recap: Alief Elsik Comes Up Short

Alief Elsik lost against George Ranch back in April of 2019, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Alief Elsik came up short against George Ranch, falling 22-3. The Rams have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Alief Elsik saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Onice Barreno, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one double and one RBI.

Alief Elsik's record is now 4-7. As for George Ranch, they moved to 6-12-3 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Alief Elsik will welcome Fulshear at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Fulshear will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something Alief Elsik surely won't give up without a fight. As for George Ranch, they will face off against Alief Taylor at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
