Odessa is 9-1 against Lake View since November of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Odessa Bronchos will welcome the Lake View Chiefs at 7:30 p.m. The timing isn't great for Odessa: they have been struggling with three straight losses at home, while Lake View has snatched up six consecutive wins on the road.

Odessa managed to keep up with Estacado until halftime on Friday, but things quickly went downhill from there. Odessa had to suffer through a 69-37 loss at the hands of Estacado. While losing is never fun, the Bronchos can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 610th, while the Matadors are ranked 95th).

Meanwhile, Lake View hadn't done well against Greenwood recently (they were 0-8 in their previous eight matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. Lake View managed a 55-50 victory over Greenwood.

Lake View has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 9-10 record this season. As for Odessa, they now have a losing record at 11-12.

Odessa was able to grind out a solid win over Lake View in their previous meeting on Saturday, winning 62-51. Does Odessa have another victory up their sleeve, or will Lake View turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
