St. Michael the Archangel came out on top against Van Horn on Friday thanks in part to Gage Burgess's efforts. Burgess rushed for 88 yards and a pair of TDs. The effort also marked the most rushing touchdowns (two) he has had since back in October of 2024.

Burgess and St. Michael the Archangel will be playing at home against University Academy Charter at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
