Football Recap: Keller Central Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Keller Central's game on Friday was all tied up 14-14 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They lost to the Byron Nelson Bobcat at home by a 42-28 margin. The Chargers haven't had much luck with the Bobcat recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Parker Almanza produced another solid effort rushing for 66 yards and two TDs, while also throwing for 149 yards and a pair of touchdowns for Byron Nelson. Those two rushing touchdowns gave Almanza a new career-high. Macavion Hill was another key player, rushing for 74 yards and one score.

Keller Central's loss dropped their record down to 5-5. As for Byron Nelson, the victory was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-2.

Keller Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Byron Nelson, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 42-14 win against Mansfield on the 14th.
