Walnut Hills was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the Lakota West Firebirds, falling 3-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Eagles of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Walnut Hills' loss dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Lakota West, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-4.

Walnut Hills has already played their next match (against Winton Woods), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Lakota West, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Hamilton on the 23rd.
