Soccer Game Preview: Bunn vs. Red Springs

The Bunn Wildcats will head out to square off against the Red Springs Red Devils at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Red Springs will take on a team with plenty of momentum: Bunn extended their winning streak to three on Monday. The Wildcats never let Roanoke Rapids get on the board and left with a 1-0 victory. Give Bunn's defense some credit: that's the team's third straight shutout.

Their one-goal win came courtesy of Johnathan Fabian, who's now up to five this season.

Meanwhile, Red Springs' game on Monday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell just short of Whiteville by a score of 2-1.

Bunn's win bumped their record up to 7-8. As for Red Springs, their loss dropped their record down to 10-8.
