After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Greely, Wells was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They strolled past the York Wildcats with points to spare, taking the game 22-7. For the Warriors, this counts as revenge for the 32-14 win the Wildcats walked away with the last time they faced one another back in September of 2023.

Wells now has a winning record of 4-3. As for York, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-6.

Coming up, Wells is taking a road trip to square off against Old Town at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for York, they will be playing at home against Monadnock at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Huskies' defense has only allowed 5.3 points per game this season, so the Wildcats' offense will have their work cut out for them.
