Volleyball Recap: Stockton's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Stockton had to endure an eight-match losing streak, but that streak is no more. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 victory over the Tescott Trojans on Saturday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Tigers have posted since September 23rd.

It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day Stockton got the one that really mattered. The final score came out to 25-22, 18-25, 25-19.

Stockton's victory bumped their record up to 10-17-1. As for Tescott, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-14-1 record this season.

Stockton will have a chance to go back-to-back against Tescott: the pair will be back at it again later today.
