            Baseball Recap: Pittston Patriots vs. Dallas Mountaineers        
        
		
        
        
            Pittston put another one in the bag  on Wednesday to keep their perfect season alive. They put the hurt on the Dallas Mountaineers with a sharp  10-0 victory. The result was nothing new for the Patriots, who have now won five matchups by seven  runs or more  so far this season.
 Dom Innamorati was  incredible,  getting on base  in all four of his plate appearances with four  RBI, two  runs,  and one  triple.  Beau Widdick was another key player,  going 3-for-4 with three  stolen bases and two  RBI.
 Pittston  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .645. That's the best  OBP they've posted all season.

Pittston pushed their record up to 8-0 with the  win, which was their 14th straight  at home dating back to last season. The  home  victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 9.4 runs over those games. As for Dallas, they now  have a losing record of 2-3.
 Both  squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pittston will face off against Wyoming Area at 4:00  p.m.  on Saturday. As for Dallas, they will take on Berwick at 4:15  p.m.  on Friday. The Mountaineers are facing the Bulldogs at the right time seeing as the Bulldogs are stuck on  a  six-game losing streak.
