Soccer Recap: Tennessee Takes a Loss

Tennessee's game on Thursday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell just short of the David Crockett Pioneers by a score of 2-1. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against David Crockett this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 6-0 back in March.

Tennessee has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-4-1 record this season. As for David Crockett, their win bumped their record up to 8-3-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Tennessee will head out to take on Sullivan East at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for David Crockett, they will venture away from home to square off against Unicoi County at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
