Baseball Recap: Travis Comes Up Short

Travis and Davenport squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Travis had to settle for second. They came up short against the Wolves, falling 17-0. The Rebels' defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it seven in a row.

Travis now has a losing record of 7-8. As for Davenport, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 21-5-2.

Coming up, Davenport will face off against La Vernia on Thursday. Travis will be paying especially close attention to the Wolves' game: after the Wolves face off against Wimberley, they'll take on Travis again on Thursday.
