Jordan is 2-8 against Northern Durham since March of 2018 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Falcons will host the Knights at 6:00 p.m. One thing working in Jordan's favor is that they have posted at least ten runs in their last four contests.
Jordan made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Green Hope, but they still couldn't quite topple them. Jordan was the clear victor by a 13-5 margin over Green Hope on Thursday. Considering Jordan has won six games by more than seven runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Jordan let Kylie Specht and Sydney Cornwell run wild. Specht went 3-for-5 with one home run, three runs, and three RBI, while Cornwell went 3-for-5 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple. Cornwell is also on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games she's played. Another player making a difference was Lucia Terruso, who scored a run and stole two bases while going 1-for-4.
Meanwhile, Northern Durham posted their closest win since April 19, 2024 on Tuesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Chapel Hill, sneaking past 7-5. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Knights.

Jordan pushed their record up to 10-2 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.0 runs over those games. As for Northern Durham, their victory bumped their record up to 3-9.
Northern Durham's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Jordan has been making plenty of contact this season, having averaged 10.3 hits per game.
