Bagdad entered their tilt with Kingman Academy on Monday with 11 consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with 12. They came out on top against the Tigers by a score of 5-1. The Sultans have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Tigers, too.

Destry Owings was incredible, scoring two runs and stealing six bases while going 3-for-3. Those six stolen bases gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Aaron Landers, who scored a run and stole three bases while going 1-for-3.

Bagdad's victory was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 15-1. Those road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.4 runs on average over those games. As for Kingman Academy, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-10-1.
