Soccer Game Preview: Clinton vs. Eau Claire + How To Watch

The Clinton Red Devils will head out on the road to take on the Eau Claire Shamrocks at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Clinton will be strutting in after a victory while Eau Claire will be coming in after a defeat.

Eau Claire better have a healthy lead at halftime, because if Clinton's game on Friday is any indication, that's when Clinton really gets things going. The Red Devils were the clear victors by a 6-2 margin over Fairfield Central. Clinton haven't had any issues with Fairfield Central recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Clinton hit Fairfield Central with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from William Wham (3), Gray Garrett (2), and Cade Lyda.

Meanwhile, Eau Claire's game on Thursday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They came up short against Chester, falling 3-0.

The victory was their first at home, bumping their record up to 2-13. As for Eau Claire, their loss dropped their record down to 0-7.

Clinton couldn't quite get it done against Eau Claire in their previous meeting back in April of 2025 as they fell 4-2. Can the Red Devils avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
