The South Pointe Stallions will head out on the road to challenge the Ballantyne Ridge Wolves at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Ballantyne Ridge took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on South Pointe, who comes in off a win.
Last Saturday, South Pointe took their contest on the road with ease, bagging a 49-3 victory over Rock Hill. Given the Stallions' advantage in MaxPreps' South Carolina football rankings (they are ranked 17th, while the Bearcats are ranked 69th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, South Pointe was moving up and down the field and finished the game with 471 total yards. That's the most total yards they've posted since was before the start of last season.
Meanwhile, Ballantyne Ridge couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They had to suffer through a 56-0 loss at the hands of Fort Mill.
