It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Fannin County had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Dalton Academy Pumas a 1-0 shutout. Winning may never get old, but Fannin County sure are getting used to it with their seventh in a row.

Fannin County pushed their record up to 10-6 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 22 goals over those five games. As for Dalton Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-11.

As of now, neither Fannin County nor the Pumas have any future games scheduled.
