Football Recap: Ithaca Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Ithaca fought the good fight in their overtime matchup against Watkins Glen on Saturday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They and the Lake Hawks were almost perfectly matched up, but they suffered a 35-34 defeat. The Little Red's loss continues a trend for the squad, making it three in a row.

Daniel Coston was the offensive standout of the game as he rushed for 84 yards and one touchdown on only nine carries.

Ithaca's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Watkins Glen, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 4-3.

As of now, neither Ithaca nor the Lake Hawks have any future games scheduled.
