Stem Preparatory Academy's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They never let the Independence Academy Lions get on the board and left with a 4-0 victory. Considering Stem Preparatory Academy have won four contests by more than three goals this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

They hit Independence Academy with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Lesly Morales (2), Evelyn Salinas Soto, and Abigail Vargas Alonso.

Stem Preparatory Academy now has a winning record of 4-3.

Coming up, Stem Preparatory Academy will be playing in front of their home fans against Hunters Lane at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Independence Academy, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on LEAD Academy at 4:30 p.m. on October 2.
