Basketball Recap: Carver Birmingham's Victory on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Carver Birmingham lost to Tarrant back in November, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Carver Birmingham Rams skirted past the Tarrant Wildcats 61-59. That's two games straight that the Rams have won by exactly two points.

The victory was the third in a row for Carver Birmingham, bringing their record for this year to 5-4. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.0 points per game. As for Tarrant, they moved to 7-3 with that defeat, which also ended their six-game winning streak.

Carver Birmingham will venture away from home to take on Fultondale at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Tarrant, they will take on McAdory at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Tarrant knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past seven games -- so hopefully McAdory likes a good challenge.
